I placed a php test script in the inetpub wwwroot folder and tried to run the script
http://127.0.0.1/phptest.php
But it was throwing a CGI handler error. After surfing through the found that it is not enough if ynetou select the IIS in control panel turn on off features. You have to go inside IIS ans specifically click on CGI.
And now it works.HURRRAAAAAAAAAAAAYYYYYYYYYYYYY.
